Billing and Usage

How Is Billing Information Managed?

The Billing page displays and manages billing information. Access it by clicking "Billing" on the left side of the Keebo portal. This page shows the amount of Snowflake credits saved and the amount of Keebo credits consumed.

Keebo Plan

The Keebo plan correlates with the organization's Snowflake edition. For example, the Enterprise edition of Snowflake corresponds to the Enterprise plan on Keebo. The Keebo plan determines the cost per Keebo credit.

Subscription Term

The subscription term defines the dates during which pre-purchased Keebo credits are available. Additional Keebo credits are purchased at the end of the term. Unused Keebo credits roll over to the next subscription term.

What Do the Usage and Cost Breakdowns Show?

Keebo Credits

This section shows how many Keebo credits have been consumed. It displays the total credits remaining for the subscription term and the total number of credits used.

Snowflake Credits

This section shows how many Snowflake credits and dollars have been saved with Keebo. A dollar amount only appears if a cost per Snowflake credit is entered in General Settings.

Current Activity

Current Activity shows daily usage of Keebo credits, allowing day-to-day usage tracking.

How Are Invoices Accessed?

A monthly billing statement is sent to the organization. Contact Keebo customer success to request a billing statement for a specific month.
